Developing and upgrading based on current bench top laser marking machine, HBS-GQ-20 New has advantages of simple design, economic cost but with stubborn quality. This compact system is engineered to maximize workspace efficiency while delivering consistent, industrial-grade precision. We upgrade the built-in touch screen with T9 marking software which can meet all kinds of marking pattern. Operators experience a highly responsive interface that simplifies complex graphic editing and reduces setup times. The touch interface offers a smooth, tactile response, allowing users to navigate menus with the same fluidity as a modern tablet, even when wearing light protective gloves.
Facility managers can rely on the marking area 100*100 and 160*160mm for choice and the machine can be connected with MES system. There are multiple ports to transfer the marking data including 232 port, USB,IO,Internet port. This extensive connectivity ensures smooth integration into centralized data management architectures, allowing for real-time tracking, automated serialization, and streamlined production monitoring without manual data entry bottlenecks.
When handling complex geometries, standard flatbed systems often fall short. This unit is Equipped with rotary clamp, so the round workpiece can be marked as request. there are 80 rotary and 100 rotary for choice, providing a firm, non-slip grip and precise rotational control for tubes, rings, and curved components.

We also consider the large workpiece marking, the marking head can be rotate 360degree. This multi-axis flexibility allows the laser beam to reach awkward angles on oversized or heavy parts that cannot be easily repositioned on the worktable. The mechanical adjustments produce a satisfying, secure lock, ensuring the focal distance remains absolute during continuous operation, preventing any distortion in the final engraving.
Matching the energy output to the substrate is critical for achieving permanent, high-contrast engravings without thermal damage. We supply 20W/30W/50W/60W laser power ; 100*100mm and 160*160mm to mark metal material and some plastic material. The lower wattage options provide excellent control for delicate surface etching, while the 50W and 60W variants deliver the intense energy required for deep engraving and faster cycle times on dense alloys.

The resulting marks present a stark, permanent contrast against the base material, ensuring long-term traceability even in harsh environments exposed to chemicals or friction. The laser interaction with metals produces a distinct, clean vaporization sound, leaving behind a smooth, burr-free finish that resists wear and environmental degradation.

Beyond the core specifications, long-term operational stability is a primary concern for facility investments. The equipment is manufactured with a rigorous focus on industrial quality control. Its compact desktop architecture houses carefully isolated optical and electronic components, protecting sensitive parts from factory floor dust and vibration. This structural integrity guarantees consistent performance even under continuous, multi-shift production schedules.

Furthermore, compliance with international safety and performance certifications provides peace of mind for procurement teams. Meeting these stringent global standards minimizes operational risks and ensures the equipment adheres to strict electrical and radiation safety protocols.

To maximize the return on this equipment, comprehensive technical support is available throughout the machine's lifecycle. From the initial installation to long-term operational guidance, our dedicated service infrastructure keeps your production lines moving efficiently and profitably.
